I’m packing! Can’t you tell? I’m headed off the peninsula for over three weeks of exploration and couldn’t be more excited. It’s my first trip abroad on General Olmsted’s dime (sorry, The Gambia doesn’t count), and I’ll be traveling with two other Olmsted scholars.
Okay, so in reality I am painting my toenails a fantastic shade called “Purple Rain” and researching how Lady Gaga’s song, “Alejandro” may or may not be a rip-off Ace of Base’s “Don’t Turn Around”, which in turn has ripped off another song from another decade back, and so on.
And then I entertained myself by finding mild amusement in the products of people who also choose to waste their precious time on the internet:
I’m so gonna show up in Rabat and realize that I didn’t pack a single pair of underwear.
